١. قبول الشروط

• التراخيص التنظيمية والمالية وخدمات أسواق المال (CMA، VARA، المصرف المركزي) والامتثال ومكافحة غسل الأموال.
• التسويق الرقمي وإعلانات جوجل والمواقع الإلكترونية ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
• الخدمات القانونية والخبرة القانونية والمهنية.

تُحدَّد نطاق كل خدمة، وأتعابها، ومواعيد تسليمها، ومسؤوليات الطرفين تفصيليًا في عقد الخدمة المخصص الذي يُوقَّع قبل بدء تنفيذ أي عمل.

٤. استخدام الموقع

يوافق المستخدم على ما يلي:

٨. السرية والخصوصية

تلتزم أوديتي بالحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات والبيانات المقدمة من العملاء في إطار العلاقة المهنية. يُحكم استخدام البيانات الشخصية بموجب سياسة الخصوصية المنشورة على هذا الموقع والتي تُعدّ جزءًا لا يتجزأ من هذه الشروط.

٩. محدودية المسؤولية

لا تتجاوز مسؤولية أوديتي في جميع الأحوال القيمة الإجمالية للأتعاب المدفوعة فعليًا من قِبل العميل مقابل الخدمة المعنية خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة. لا تتحمل أوديتي في أي حال مسؤولية الأضرار التبعية أو غير المباشرة أو الخاصة.

١٠. إنهاء الخدمة

يحق لكل من أوديتي أو العميل إنهاء اتفاقية الخدمة وفقًا للشروط المنصوص عليها في العقد المُبرم بينهما. يخضع الإنهاء المبكر لأي رسوم أو شروط منصوص عليها في عقد الخدمة المحدد.

١١. التعديلات على الشروط

تحتفظ أوديتي بالحق في تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت. يُشار إلى تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة. الاستمرار في استخدام الموقع أو الخدمات بعد نشر أي تعديل يُعدّ موافقةً منك على الشروط المحدّثة.

١٢. القانون الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط أو تتعلق بها تخضع للاختصاص الحصري لمحاكم إمارة دبي. تُشجَّع الأطراف على السعي لتسوية النزاعات وديًا قبل اللجوء إلى الإجراءات القانونية الرسمية.

• Digital marketing, Google Ads, website development, and social media management.
• Legal services and professional legal expertise.

The scope, fees, delivery timelines, and responsibilities of each service are detailed in a dedicated service agreement executed prior to commencement of work.

4. Use of the Website

You agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Not post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through website forms or communication channels.
